OCTAXIAS COMPANY FACILITATES THE SIGNING OF A MOU OF CHINESE $2.4 BILLION INVESTMENT IN PUMPED STORAGE FACILITY ON COLUMBIA RIVER

Beijing- Octaxias Company President Jin Lan today attended a signing ceremony in Westin Hotel during Oregon Governor Kate Brown’s trade mission to China between Middle Columbia Economic Development District(MCEDD) And



HCI Development LLC, a California limited liability company. HCI is a U.S subsidiary of Hydrochina Corporation for a $2.4 billion potential investment to build a pumped storage facility on Columbia river to benefit state of Washington, Oregon and California.



Oregon Governor Kate Brown, State Senator Arnie Roblan, Association of Oregon Counties Executive Director Mike McArthur, Judge Gary Thompson, Senior Policy Adviser Rosie Shatkin and Hydrochina North America Manager Qian Su attended the signing. Judge Gary Thompson and Mr. Qian Su signed MOU on behaf of their respective parties. Octaxias Company, L.L.C. is instrumental to bring the two parties together and has done initial due diligence for the project.
